It contains a defence of King Charles the First and Second and a letter of King Charles the Second relating to the Marquis of Antrim, to the Duke of Ormond dated 10 July, with the reply dated 31 July 1663 and the Council's answer..
- Note on library's printed catalogue (1913) says: 'Dr. Dudley Edwards states (letter 9 Oct. 1936) that there is a copy of this in R.I. Academy MS G.2.1. (Stowe MSS) & the BM has also a Stowe copy (& aparently another)'..
