The grovnds and motives inducing His Maiesty to agree to a cessation of armes for one whole yeare, with the Roman Catholiques of Ireland. Together with the articles of cessation, and a proclamation thereupon. Whereunto is added an instrument touching the manner of payment of 30800. pound sterling by severall payments. And the opinion of diverse of the nobility and officers of His Majesties army in Ireland touching the said cessation.
