Binding Note: | Binding: gold-tooled red morocco, broad border with cross-over curved leaf branches and Irish harp. Royal arms stamped in the centre. Head of George III in profile in the corners, with the motto 'Long Live the King', and with a crown, sceptre, sword and harp. The spine has five bands and six gold-tooled compartments, with black lettering-piece in the second and the years on green lettering-piece in the fourth, The emblematic figures of Justice, Hope, Britannia and Industry are in the remaining compartments. Marbled endleaves and gilt edges. Rebacked with original spine-strip laid down. Preserved in red morocco box. |
