Remains of two pairs of ties. Medieval manuscript waste used as front and back guards. Front guard manuscript waste is written on both sides in gothic [textura] with two different sized scripts (the main text and the gloss?). A part of a red and blue pen-flourished initial precede the words in smaller script. On the recto, the words in large script 'mulos tuos non exurat' are from the Prayer of the three young men. Next to it 'omnes po' written in a smaller scrtipt is followed by a rubricated 'x'. On the verso the words 'ubera me ab omnibus [rer]sequen[ti]' are written in a smaller script. (First words in large script are undeciphered.) Back guard manuscript waste is almost blank, except parts of two red and blue pen-flourished initials. |
