Gravissim[ae], at[que] exactissim[ae] illustrissimaru[m] totius Itali[ae], et Galli[ae] Academiarum censur[ae], efficacissimis etiam quorundam doctissimoru[m] uirorum argumentat[io]nibus explicatae, de ueritate illius propositionis, videlicet quod ducere relictam ffratris mortui sine liberis ita sit de iure diuino et naturali prohibitu[m]: ut nullus pontifex super huiusmodi matrimonijs contractis, siue contrahendis dispensare possit.
