| Item Description: | 4to: A4 a-c4 B-K4 M2 Pages have been cut. Pages 50 and 51 are misnumbered 51 and 50 respectively. In pencil on endpaper: Collated. Copy is typical of the later impression which show progressive type dislocation on page 5. In earlier impressions, only lines 13-14 are affected, but in later only lines 12, 15 and 16 show disturbance.
