c2 : title page printed in black and red. 7 cross references to Bouhéreau's notebooks 'A' and 'B' (both lost) on front endleaf. Pencil markings in the text, on the corresponding pages and passages.
c2 : loose leaf inserted between p.112-113 contains two copies of transcriptions in 18th century hand of funeral monuments in Westminster Abbey, of Isaac Casaubon who died on July 1614 and William Camden who died on the 9th November 1623.
